Opinions on PM Modi's Demonetization and Currency Notes ban 2016

The sudden and unexpected announcement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 8th November, 2016 banning 500 and 1000 Indian currency denominations with immediate effect was an unusual and surprising one. The reason for the ban is stated to eliminate the unaccounted black money hoarded by certain people. The result of this demonetization decision affected heavily almost all sections of the society. It literally paralyzed the whole economical system terribly. However the opinions and feedback of the people on this move are mixed.

Three weeks have passed since the implementation of big notes ban and putting a limit to the amount that can be withdrawn daily particularly by the common man, and by this time most average people living in every nook and corners of the country are affected very much.  The opinions of the people of the country on this move is different. While most of the members of the ruling NDA alliance (excluding some persons like BJP MP Sathrugnan Sinha who raise their voices without any fear) and its sympathizers praise the move as a 'bold' one, popular leaders like Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Bengal CM Mamatha Banerjee have been opposing it strongly from the day 1, terming it as an anti-people policy aimed to benefit only the multi million corporate companies like reliance and Adani that are associated with the prime minister and his BJP party. The Congress and the Communists have expressed support to any move to curb black money but are opposing the way in which it is being implemented.

As a whole the people of the country (even though they are corrupt in their individual level) want to put an end to corruption. Most people want to see an India free of corruption. The majority of the population are welcoming any such moves to clean-up the country and are willing to undergo any hardships for the betterment of the country. It is evident and proved now that the demonetization process was implemented without proper pre-planning and studies, which has led to this present chaos. We are witnessing a lot of resentment and strikes against the demonetization. People who fight against corruption need to self-examine whether he/she is honest.

Another section of the society that has come forward to openly praise the prime minister is the corrupt politicians and celebrities like Mohanlal who want to get noticed by the prime minister to escape from the number of investigations in which they are involved and to get an immunity over their huge black money hoarded inside and out side the country. When all corrupt-free political leaders and others are showing courage to raise their voices against the inexplicable hardships forced on to the people particularly the poor, those that are corrupt are forced to raise their voice of support to those who implemented it, saying it is a 'brave step'.

There is an allegation that this sudden and unexpected demonetization process is a part of the secret agenda that the prime minister Modi and his political partner Amit shah has. Many people have openly stated that this move is for the benefit of a handful of corporats who are behind Modi, who think they can control the majority of the foolish voters with the power of their money.

There is another allegation that this move which the government claims to have kept a secret, was known to the BJP party leaders and they were shown exhibiting the new 2000 currency bundles much before they were implemented in social medias. Some political parties opine that the BJP wanted to take undue advantage of the forthcoming UP elections and wanted to tight other opponent parties by implementing money control.

People are also asking where is the black money deposited in Swiss banks that the prime minister had promised to unearth, bring back and distribute Rs. 15 lakh each to all the people of the country. Even though the list of the illegal depositors is out, why no action is being initiated..?

Demonetization 2016, is a bold and brave move by the prime minister if the intention behind it is good, even though there are a lot of failures in its implementation and a lot of hardships to the people because of it. The people will forget all their pains once the fruit of the object is achieved and praise everyone who is behind it and term it as a historical move. On the other hand, if it is done keeping in mind other hidden agendas, the people will surely forget those who implemented it and time will reward them suitably...!

RSS Chief Gives Certificate Of Appreciation to Modi Government

(image:dreamstime.com)
On the occasion of the 90th anniversary of its founding as a social organisation on the Vijaya Dasami Day in 1925, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat while addressing its members at its head quarters in Nagpur has given a 'Certificate of Merit' for the 'good governance' extended by the Narendra Modi government. Even in his last year's speech he endorsed the BJP government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for implementing the agenda of the RSS and the Sangh Parivar very strictly and scrupulously.

A good number of the people of the country are of the opinion that the RSS which was founded as a gentle voluntary service organisation has turned into a violent extremist group in these years and how the Indian heritage and culture which is said to be more than 5000 years old can be safeguarded and protected by the RSS which is now hatching and spreading an attitude of intolerance and hatred.

Bhagwat who said in his speech respecting diversities and coordinating among different diversities to establish unity is Indian culture and Hindutva, also said Dadri-like incidents (where Hindu terrorists killing human beings on the allegations and rumors of killing / transporting animals) are just small episodes and they cannot damage the Hindu culture..!

According to daily reports and popular opinion, the country is experiencing very hard days and it is being driven to the dark ages by the present government  which is not only keeping quiet on the increasing number of criminal activities based on caste, creed, religion etc. but also apparently encouraging those responsible for these cruel activities by not taking stringent and exemplery action on them. Majority of the people of the country mostly the Hindus are against the present situation of 'hate and hatred' which is promoted by a small minority of the majority including those in the government for their personal interests.

The intellectuals and the real children of the country are of the opinion that these organisations that claim to upkeep the traditions and the culture of the country are only spoiling them and bringing shame and bad name to 'Mother India' and they should be considered as anti-nationals.

India, which was spearheading towards growth and development and world-ranking in many aspects, is now considered as a place of unrest and disharmony by the other countries. It is being counted as one among the few countries that sponsor terrorism, where infighting and war is a daily event and peace is lacking. As the people of India have brotherhood and harmony in their DNA, love to lead a life in peace rather than quarrel and enmity. Those small proportion of the people who harm the country should stop doing so any more (if they have real love and respect for the country) and send a clear message to the world that 'India's beauty lies in the uniqueness of its unity in diversity' as often and repeatedly reminded by the President of India these days...!!!

Who will Be the Next Prime Minister of India? Rahul Gandhi v/s Narendra Modi...!

Rahul v/s Modi
Though the Official announcement for the General Elections 2014 is not made yet, All the Political Parties big and small alike are making preparations for seeking the People's Mandate and trying for a chance to rule the country for another five years.

The leading Alliances at the fore-front are the Congress led United Progessive Alliance (UPA) and the BJP led National Democratic Alliance (NDA). Though all regional parties have a desire to form another alliance to get the power in Delhi like the third front or forth front etc, it seems like a proposal which will never materialize as each party's head wants the top job - the Prime Minister Post which the others cannot easily give up...!

Though the majority of Indians belong to the Hindu Religion, most of these people want to live and lead a life in harmony with the others belonging to other Religions. Only a very few people of India are hatching strong Communal feelings and develop and spread hatred among other communities.

There are some (now-a-days most) Political Parties in India, trying to cashout from these religious and communal divercity India alone proudly possess in the world. Though some people are aware of these politicians' intentions and keep away from them, there is a good number of innocent people who will easily fall as a victim to their baits.

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, who is the BJP's Prime Ministerial Candidate and Congress Party vice President Rahul Gandhi are the main contenders for the Prime Minister's throne in the coming General Elections.

While Rahul Gandhi who is considered as a clean and amicable persanality is fully fit for the top post, but he is forced to carry all the loads of financial and other scams / controvercies / accusations his predessors have earned from the people during their present term.

On the other hand, Gujarat C.M. Narendra Modi, who publicised a lot of his own government and earned a lot of praises, counts upon the caste and religious card for gaining maximum number of votes under the BJP's banner.

Who will be the next Priminister of India- has emerged as the big question among the people.

Shasi Tharoor v/s Narendra modi (BJP) battle of words continue...!

In reply to the comments by Shashi Tharoor to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra modi, critiscising that 'Modi doesn't have a heart to love, and only people who love others will know the value of love', BJP spokes person Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has commented that the Government of India must constitute a new new ministry by name 'Love afairs Ministry' and make Shashi Tharoor as its minister.

In reply to this Shash Tharoor shot back, 'It is better to have 'love affairs ministry' than to have 'hatred affairs ministry'...!

Narendra Modi, who is expecting a sure victory in Gujarat in the forth coming assembly elections despite his anti-minority activities and massacres of innocent people in the Gujarat riots, only because of the Congress Party's inefficience to deal with his BJP there.

Had the Congress party given a free and fair governance in the center, taking a stern step against corruption, most of the communal parties would have gone to history....!
